1. Introduction

Welcome to MasteryMindHub! These terms and conditions govern the use of our services, programs and offers in the field of accounting education for career advancement. By enrolling in our accounting education programs or using our services, you agree to these terms and commit to their full compliance.

2. Service Eligibility

2.1. Student Information – Our services are available to professionals and individuals seeking quality accounting education for career advancement. When enrolling in our programs, we require information about your accounting interests and preferences to provide appropriate and targeted assistance in accounting education.
2.2. Registration – Our accounting education programs require prior consultation and case evaluation by MasteryMindHub. You are obligated to provide accurate and current information about your accounting interests and compliance requirements, as well as appropriate contact details.
2.3. Code of Conduct – During the delivery of our accounting education services and interactions, we expect the highest level of professionalism and respectful behavior. Any form of inappropriate communication, disruptive behavior, or violation of our professional guidelines may lead to immediate service termination.
2.4. Confidentiality – Students commit to maintaining confidentiality of information shared during our premium services regarding accounting education practices, case strategies, and other students.

3. Service Booking and Payment

3.1. Accounting Education Enrollment – Accounting education programs can be enrolled through our website, by phone, or by email and are binding upon our written confirmation. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests at our discretion.
3.2. Payment Terms – Payment for accounting education programs is required before the first consultation. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and for qualified students 30-day payment terms.
3.3. Corporate Services – For organizations requiring regular accounting education services, separate payment terms can be arranged as specified in individual service contracts.
3.4. Cancellation Terms – For cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled accounting consultation, no cancellation fee is charged. For cancellations within 72 hours, a cancellation fee of S$200 may be charged. For no-show at scheduled accounting sessions, the full service fee will be charged.

4. Service Delivery and Changes

4.1. Planning and Service Delivery

  • MasteryMindHub reserves the right to change service availability, times, and accounting instructors.
  • In case of service unavailability, appointments may be rescheduled or alternative accounting education options may be offered.
  • Schedule changes will be communicated to students as soon as possible with reasonable notice.
    4.2. Accounting Documentation – All provided accounting plans, assessments, and financial analyses are prepared with the utmost care. However, the final responsibility for reviewing all accounting information belongs to the student and their accounting advisors.

5. Premium Services and Special Requirements

5.1. Premium Registration – Premium services and specialized access to accounting education services are subject to separate, stricter registration conditions that are communicated before booking and are binding. This may include extensive financial assessments and educational verification.
5.2. Cancellation Terms for Premium Services – Premium service cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for full refund. Later cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of S$3,500.
5.3. Service Limitations – For certain specialized accounting education services, we reserve the right to limit or deny access based on legal requirements, regulatory restrictions, or insufficient qualification documentation of the interested student.

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranty

6.1. Liability MVP – MasteryMindHub is only liable in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by our staff or accounting instructors. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of financial information provided by third parties (banks, authorities, employers) or for errors in external documents.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Our accounting providers conduct thorough assessments and educational evaluations, but do not independently verify all technical, financial, or regulatory details. We strongly recommend consultation with independent accounting professionals, financial advisors, and accounting specialists.

7. Discretion and Confidentiality

7.1. Confidentiality Agreement – All parties commit to absolute discretion regarding all accounting education services, student identities, and service details. This also applies after termination of the educational relationship.
7.2. Media Limitation – Students agree not to disclose details about their relationship with MasteryMindHub or provided accounting education solutions to media or third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Data Processing – Processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with our separate privacy policy, which forms an essential part of these terms and conditions and must be carefully read.
8.2. Educational Records – We maintain confidential records of accounting education services and consultations. These records are stored securely and in accordance with the highest standards of data protection.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Service Quality – At MasteryMindHub, we strive to provide exceptional accounting education services. If you are not completely satisfied with the received assistance in accounting certification, please notify us within 14 business days after service delivery.

9.2. Eligibility for Refund – Refunds or service credits may be approved at our discretion if:

  • There was a demonstrable error in the delivery of accounting education services or representation caused by our staff
  • Essential accounting information was incorrectly or misleadingly presented due to our error
  • Premium accounting education services were not delivered as promised or described
  • For justified complaints regarding the quality of our accounting education services

9.3. Refund Process – For a refund request or service adjustment, contact our student care team in writing with details of your concerns and relevant documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually and confidentially, and we will respond within 7 business days.

9.4. Limitations – Please note that refunds may not be available for:

  • Accounting education services that have already been fully provided according to agreed service criteria
  • Circumstances where the student provided incomplete or incorrect information about their accounting interests or educational needs
  • Requests submitted more than 60 days after service delivery
  • Rejection of accounting education services by the student due to changed personal circumstances or preferences
  • Educational conditions or service availability outside our control

9.5. Alternative Solutions – In appropriate cases, we may offer extended accounting education services, access to alternative educational programs, or partial credits instead of full refunds, depending on the nature of the concern. Our goal is to find a satisfactory and discreet solution for all involved parties.

10. Refund Policy - Additional

10.1. Eligibility for Refund - Additional – MasteryMindHub offers refunds for accounting education services under special circumstances. Refunds may be considered when services are not delivered as promised, when there are demonstrable errors in our accounting advice, or when students are not satisfied with the quality of the provided service.

10.2. Refund Process - Additional – For refund requests, students must contact our student services team within 30 days after service completion. All refund requests will be reviewed individually and decisions will be communicated within 10 business days.

10.3. Refund Limitations - Additional – Refunds are not available for services that have been fully completed according to the agreed scope, for changes in student circumstances, or for services where the student provided incomplete or incorrect information that affected service delivery.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Severability Clause – If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are not or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unchanged.
11.2. Applicable Law – These terms and conditions are subject to Singapore law. Jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of MasteryMindHub, to the extent permitted by law.
